2008 - 2015

During this time, Deborah and Bernadette Furnell joined forces to

work as a team in the medico-legal field, as for Deborah Atkins &

Associates Inc. above.

DIRECTOR OF DEBRON RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS

1991 - 2010

Specialized in offering a professional recruitment service across all

disciplines to a limited number of major clients. Major focus was on

financial, technical, information technology and human resource

positions.

HR MANAGER – DONALDSON FILTRATION SYSTEMS

1986 - 1990

Primarily focused on human resource strategy, policies and procedures

dealing with day-to-day industrial relations. Achievements included

handling the process of unionization to the stage of negotiating a

recognition agreement with the representative Union. Responsible for

managing the change process and devising coping strategies when the

total Board of Directors resigned to name a few. A compliment of 150

staff.

HR MANAGER – WOOLWORTHS

1979 - 1985

Responsible for several national branches and overlook total human

resource functions for primary stakeholders / buying groups.
